Drobo Product Calculators
Design and Development
Drobo approached us to update their existing, aging product calculators to a newly designed and developed version to go with their site redesign. The idea behind the calculators was to allow potential customers to interact with the device using various drives as they would with a physical version. In turn, you can see the usable, protected and reserved data, as well as see other useful numbers such as how many hours of HD video files, large design documents, photos or audio files that would translate into.

About This Project
With the limitations of flash severely hindering the calculators usability, or initial task was to create a lightweight solution using HTML 5 and Java, while keeping the interface simple and intuitive. We created an informative animated graph and easily draggable drive representations to mimic the intuitive interface of the device itself.
