Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Hyper Frontier, LLC (“Hyper Frontier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit hyperfrontier.com or interact with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected] and we’ll explain.
Who we are
Hyper Frontier, LLC is a boutique web development and design agency based in the United States. We operate this website and any forms, scheduling tools, or communications associated with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill out one of our forms (Start a Project, Get a Custom Quote, Let’s Talk Scope, or our general contact form), we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your name and email address
- Company name and your role
- Phone number (when you choose to share it)
- Project details, budget ranges, timelines, and team context
- Brand assets or files you upload
- How you heard about us
- Anything else you write in a message field
When you book a call with us through Calendly, you provide your name, email address, scheduling preferences, and any additional details requested in the booking form.
When you become a client, we collect additional information necessary to do the work, including billing details and project materials. This is governed by our client services agreement, not this policy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Standard log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is collected by our hosting providers (SiteGround for our backend and Sevalla for our frontend) for security, performance, and basic operational purposes.
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use our site. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your device, browsing actions, and patterns. This data is aggregated and helps us improve the site. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls
- Deliver services to clients
- Send transactional emails related to your inquiry or engagement
- Send occasional updates, newsletters, or marketing emails — but only if you’ve explicitly opted in or are an active client (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Maintain, secure, and improve our website
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only as necessary for them to perform their function. These include:
- SiteGround — backend hosting (your form submissions and CMS content)
- Sevalla — frontend hosting and content delivery
- Gravity Forms — the WordPress plugin that processes our form submissions
- Google (GA4) — website analytics
- Calendly — discovery call scheduling
- Email service providers — for transactional and marketing emails
- Payment processors — for clients only, when invoicing
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We’ve selected providers that maintain industry-standard security and privacy controls, but we encourage you to review their policies if you’d like to understand how they handle data.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale.
How long we keep your information
We retain form submissions and contact information indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. This lets us maintain context if you reach out again later, reference past project history with prior clients, and respond to inquiries that may take time to mature into engagements.
You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] (see Your rights below).
We retain client project files and records longer when required by tax, accounting, or legal obligations, typically for a period of 7 years after the engagement ends.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies for two purposes:
- Functional cookies that make the site work (for example, remembering your cookie choices and display preferences)
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality. If you’re visiting from a region with cookie consent requirements, you’ll see a banner where you can manage your preferences before any non-essential cookies are set.
Your rights and choices
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message
- Opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on linked above
If you live in California, the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, or UK GDPR), you may have additional rights including the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically within 30 to 45 days.
We won’t discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hosting, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we can’t guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. Email us at [email protected] if you have a security concern.
International visitors
Our website is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our website, you consent to this transfer.
Third-party links
Our website may contain links to other sites we don’t operate. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated more visibly either by a notice on the site or by email if we have your address. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
